Our Be Active program welcomes both new comers and old hands to improve their techniques and confidence.
The program is free and combines a Saturday swim session broken up into different groups of swimming abilities and includes water safety and the opportunity to join our regular weekly, short-course handicapped swimming event.
Time: 2.15pm Saturdays
Venue: Brighton Beach – meet upstairs at the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club to register before the session commences at 2.45pm. The program will run until 3.45pm. Join our weekly Brighton Surf Life Saving Club 4 o'clock Swim handicap race. Please register for this event at 2.30pm.
