Surf Life Saving SA will be offering Surf Senior sessions at the following locations:
Henley Beach SLSC 31st March, 7th & 13th April 2017 9.00am-11.00am
South Port SLSC 29th March, 5th & 12th April 2017 9.00am-11.00am
The program is free of charge covering surf safety & education, gentle fitness sessions, plus CPR & First Aid training. Aimed at ages 55 plus. Complimentary refreshments will be provided after each session.
