All sport and recreation organisations and clubs have an obligation to ensure that their staff and volunteers who work with children are aware of child safe requirements and legal obligations to report any suspicion of child abuse.
Therefore the Office for Recreation and Sport (ORS) are conducting a Child Safe Officer course on Wednesday 21 September, 6 – 9pm at SLSSA, 2 Barcoo Road, West Beach.
This course is for all NEW age group managers.
